Before and after of orthodontic alignment and gum graft above canine teeth. Tooth whitening and veneers to replace fractures and the central incisor teeth. This was a very interesting case.. there were several aspects we needed to correct.

The patient had a list of concerns he disliked the misalignments of the teeth, the colour as well as wanting to restore the two front teeth which had been fractured some years ago. He also wanted to correct the long standing gum recession which affected his canine teeth in particular. To add to the challenge all the treatment needed to be completed in a short time frame before his wedding!

We started with orthodontic treatment to bring the teeth into alignment, once this was done a gum graft procedure was undertaken above the canine teeth as the pics below show.

Following this we completed the smile with a couple of excellently crafted veneers and tooth whitening to give a dazzling white yet natural smile. The patient was beaming and by far had the best smile in time for the big wedding day.

Using veneers and whitening we achieved a much improved yet natural smile.

This patient was unhappy with her smile convinced that there wasn’t a lot that could be done. She wasn’t happy with her smile but didn’t quite know what could be done to improve it.

This patient was unhappy with the crooked and uneven appearance of her upper and lower teeth due to wear and extensive chipping of the edges. In a matter of a couple of visits we were able to use simple composite bonding to give a more uniform even proportioned smile. This patient was delighted with how rapidly such natural looking result could be achieved.

This patient came to us unhappy with her upper misaligned teeth inparticular the right front tooth. She had a short course of orthodontic treatment after which a bonded retainer was fitted and is now thrilled with her new smile.

Using cosmetic braces we were able to derotate and align the teeth which resulted in a more even fuller smile.

This patient did not like the way her front teeth were twisted and beginning to overlap using braces this situation was soon perfected.

This patient came to us after her existing dentist was not able to offer her implant treatment. She had a failing bridge that had been cobbled together for years. Wanting to be able to chew and enjoy her food once again she was keen to have implant treatment.

An implant retained bridge was provided which not only provided a solid bite but restored a confident smile.

This patient disliked her gappy smile and had attended initially requesting veneers. Using a cosmetic brace we were able to close all the gaps to give a natural uniform smile. Minimal composite bonding was then used to add the finishing touches to the smile.
